2. What personal data we collect, and why
Contact form. First name, last name, email, phone number, company, company size, the type of support you are looking for, and your message. We use this information only to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)).
Email and phone. The information you choose to share with us, used for the same purpose.
[SI LES COMMENTAIRES SONT ACTIVÉS] Comments. When you leave a comment, we collect the data shown in the comment form, your IP address and your browser user agent, to help detect spam. An anonymised string created from your email address (a « hash ») may be sent to the Gravatar service to check whether you use it.
Server logs. Like any website, our host records technical data (IP address, date and time of visit, pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure website.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
3. Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, and, with your consent only, [audience measurement cookies]. Full details, and the option to change your choice at any time, are in our Cookie Policy.
4. Embedded content from other websites

That website may collect data about you, use cookies and track your interaction with the content. Such content is only loaded once you have given your consent.

[SI UN PRESTATAIRE EST HORS UE] Where a provider is located outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the appropriate safeguards (European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
6. How long we keep your data

8. Where your data is sent
[SI LES COMMENTAIRES SONT ACTIVÉS] Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Otherwise, your data is not sent outside the providers listed above.
